Using this website
This website has no enquiry form, customer account, payment checkout, advertising tracker or visitor analytics script. It does not set its own cookies or use browser storage. Fonts and images are served with the website.
The public website is hosted by IONOS. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, page requests and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Visitors do not need an account to browse it.
Calling, emailing or messaging us
If you call, email us or contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share. This can include your name, email address, contact number, vehicle details, location, attachments and the contents of your enquiry. We use it to answer questions, check compatibility, provide quotes and arrange or manage agreed work.
Information needed to respond to a requested quote or arrange work is used to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform that contract. We may also need relevant records for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes such as handling queries and disputes.
Compatibility checks and technical services
Relevant vehicle or tuning details may be shared with technical service providers to check compatibility or arrange agreed remap work. We aim to use the information needed for that purpose; please do not send unrelated personal or sensitive information.
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp links open a separate service. A draft enquiry is filled in for convenience; you choose what to include and whether to send it. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to its service. Links to other websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Keeping information
We retain original ECU-file backups to support future return-to-stock requests. We keep enquiry and work records for as long as needed for their purpose and any applicable legal requirements. You can contact us to ask about information held about you.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access or correct your personal information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive information in a portable format. Contact us using the email address or telephone number above to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We will update this notice when the website’s features or information-handling arrangements change.
